WISE Twin Cities Happy Hour with Studio Distilling

On February 4, WISE Twin Cities hosted a virtual happy hour with Studio Distilling. Attendees learned how to craft two signature cocktails (or mocktails!) with Shelly Dailey, the owner of Studio Distilling, and later networked in two rounds of breakout rooms.
Shelly shared the challenges she faces being a woman in a male-dominated whiskey world. She spoke about how she stays confident in what she knows, stays open to always learning and is always on her game.

Shelly Dailey is a Managing Partner at Studio Distilling, having joined the company in 2016, although she has been a whiskey enthusiast for much longer. Though she wears many hats, her main role is sales and marketing - including creating the network for distribution of Studio Distilling's products, giving tours, and expertly creating and sampling new cocktail recipes.
