Want to be more involved with WISE TC? The WISE TC Volunteer Collective is a flexible way to support events, meet other members, and be part of what makes WISE TC happen - without a long-term commitment.

Whether you can help once or a few times a year, support makes a difference.

The Volunteer Pool is open to:

• Current WISE TC members in good standing
• Members seeking flexible, event-based involvement
• Individuals unable to commit to ongoing roles but interested in contributing

Note: Participation does not guarantee placement at every event.

What You'll Do

As part of the WISE TC Volunteer Collective, you'll help bring WISE TC events to life. Opportunities may include:

• Setting the stage - helping with event setup and materials
• Welcoming attendees - greeting guests and managing check-in
• Supporting the flow - assisting speakers and directing attendees
• Capturing moments - taking photos or short videos
• Wrapping up - helping with light cleanup and breakdown

What to Expect

• Flexible, no-commitment participation
• Opportunities shared ahead of each event
• You choose what works for your schedule
• Typical shifts are 30-90 minutes
