The WISE Twin Cities “Howl-o-ween Happy Hour,” held on Wednesday, October 22 at Urban Growler, brought together professional women in the sports industry — and their pups — for a lively evening of networking, fun costumes, and casual connections. Guests enjoyed local beer and cider in the outdoor beer garden, light appetizers, and a spirited dog costume contest that had attendees laughing and mingling in a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere. twincities.wiseworks.org
Beyond the costumes and camaraderie, the event served as a meaningful touchpoint for women in sports to connect across sectors, share stories, and strengthen community ties. Whether newcomers or seasoned professionals, attendees found value in the mix of festivity and purposeful networking, reinforcing the WISE Twin Cities mission of building spaces where women in the sports and events field can engage, uplift one another, and stay plugged into regional opportunities.

Urban Growler® Brewing Company was opened in July 2014 by Master Brewer Deb Loch and co-head honcho Jill Pavlak.
