WISE Twin Cities and Minnesota Vikings hosted the 4th Annual Inside the Front Office event, Building the Team at the TCO Performance Center. The event gave attendees a behind-the-scenes look at the NFL Draft process and the collaboration required to build an NFL roster.
The discussion explored scouting, player evaluation, athlete performance, contract negotiations, and rookie development, while also highlighting the experiences of women working across football operations. The evening concluded with audience Q&A, networking, and tours of the TCO Performance Center, reinforcing the continued partnership between WISE Twin Cities and the Minnesota Vikings.
