WISE Twin Cities and Premier Performance Advising developed a dynamic panel providing insight into the 2024 WISE TC Leadership Cohort. Panelists, consisting of cohort members, dove into their workshop exercises, reflecting on how they as individuals navigate transitions. Their personal examinations of their reactions, behaviors and attitudes helped to guide them on prioritizing next steps and influencing their teams.
Following the panel, guests got to participate in a virtual networking in small groups of 3-4.
