Go beyond the stage and inside the Draft room by joining us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience highlighting the incredible women of the Minnesota Vikings who help bring the NFL Draft to life. From early college scouting visits and film evaluation to the intensity of the Combine, player health and performance assessments, and the final Draft-day decisions, this event will walk you through the full journey of building a team. Vikings staff will share firsthand insights into their unique roles and perspectives on everything that happens before, during, and after the Draft—including undrafted free agency, rookie minicamp, and contract signings. This event offers a rare opportunity to connect, learn, and better understand the strategy, collaboration, and dedication it takes to shape the future of the organization.
Light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Cash bar will be open for additional alcoholic beverages.

Emily Badis
Senior Manager of Football Administration - Minnesota Vikings
Emily Badis will be entering her sixth season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2026 and tenth in the NFL. In her role, some of her responsibilities include preparing player contracts and coordinating with agents for signatures, supporting the executive vice president of football operations in player contract negotiations, salary cap management and team compliance of the CBA, tracking player payroll and offseason program and training camp per diem, and performing ad-hoc trade studies. She resides in Saint Paul with her husband, daughter, and dog.

Lexus Blunt
Assistant Athletic Trainer - Minnesota Vikings
Lexus Blunt is entering her fourth season with the Minnesota Vikings as an assistant athletic trainer. The Indianapolis, Indiana native received her undergraduate degree in athletic training from Indiana University and obtained her master's degree from Ohio University in 2018. She has had previous athletic experiences with multiple other NFL teams, collegiate sports, and high school settings.

Michelle Mankoff
College Area Scout (Northeast) - Minnesota Vikings
Michelle Mankoff enters her third season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2025 and her first as a college area scout. Mankoff, who is responsible for the Northeast, was promoted to her current title in June of 2025 after spending the 2024 season as college and pro scouting analyst. She began her tenure in Minnesota as a scouting associate in 2023.

On-Air Talent / Associate Producer - Minnesota Vikings
Tatum Everett is an Emmy-nominated journalist who is heading into her sixth season as the on-air talent and content manager for the Minnesota Vikings. Following a 12-year career as a local TV sports anchor, she now brings her energy, creativity, and storytelling expertise to Vikings platforms, connecting fans to the team year-round. Tatum is an avid cook who loves to read, play mah jong, and spending time with her husband Josh and their dog, Luna.
