Join WISE Twin Cities on Tuesday, April 8th at TCO Performance Center for Inside the Front Office presented by the Minnesota Vikings. Throughout the past several years, the sports industry has focused on the importance and significance of business strategy and analytics. As the world turns toward data to make impactful decisions, the sports industry is following suit, but how is data properly used inside of the sports industry? Join us to learn more about the impact of business analytics and data on sports teams and how you can utilize it to its fullest potential.
Programming will consist of a panel with data and analytics specialists from Twin Cities teams who will provide valuable insights about how their team’s have utilized data, artificial intelligence, and more to keep up with a technological revolution.
Light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Cash bar will be open for additional alcoholic beverages.

Brooke Beuthling - Moderator
Data Analyst, Minnesota Vikings
Brooke currently serves as a Data Analyst on the Business Strategy & Analytics (BSA) team at the Minnesota Vikings. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and she began her career with the Vikings as an Analytics Associate during the 2022 season. This led to stepping into a full-time role as a Data Analyst the following year. In her current position, she works closely with the BSA team to develop success metrics, visualize data, and analyze key business trends—empowering the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Laura Meyer
Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence, Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx
Laura Meyer is in her 19th season with the Timberwolves and Lynx, her second as Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence. Meyer leads the Timberwolves and Lynx partnership with Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR) focused on accelerating fan engagement, growth and technology innovation. Meyer is responsible for driving the organization’s business objectives and strategic initiatives through data acquisition, analysis and visualization. She spearheaded the implementation of the team’s data warehouse and its integration with all sales and marketing technologies to enable automation, optimize efficiency, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. In 2019, Meyer was named one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council, a distinction awarded to trailblazers who are molding the future of technology with their insight and leadership.
Laura Shingler
Senior Director, Product Development and Lifecycle Marketing, Minnesota United
Laura has over a decade of sponsorship and marketing experience in the sports and health and wellness industries. As the Senior Director of Product Development and Lifecycle Marketing at Minnesota United FC, she drives revenue growth across corporate partnerships, ticketing, premium hospitality, and non-gameday rentals through strategic, data-driven decisions. Prior to her current role, Laura served as the Senior Director of Partnership Marketing for MNUFC, where she led a team to execute interactive marketing strategies for corporate partners. Before that, she was a Marketing Manager at Life Time, focusing on CRM, lifecycle, and personalized marketing campaigns to enhance revenue growth. Outside of work, Laura is a member of the Board of Directors for V3 Sports. She enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, Josh, and their rescue dog, Stella.
Lisa Moschkau
Director of Customer Data Strategy and Architecture, Minnesota Twins
Lisa Moschkau has a diverse background in research, analytics, and business intelligence. She earned her credentials in History and Asian Languages and Literature from the University of Minnesota and MBA from the Carlson School of Management, which laid the foundation for her multifaceted career. In her professional journey, Lisa has worked with brands like Target, General Mills, Dairy Queen, and the Minnesota Twins. She has made significant contributions to the Minnesota Twins where she currently serves as the Director of Customer Data Strategy and Architecture. Lisa has a deep passion for information system design and decision science, focusing on creating efficient, data-driven frameworks that enhance strategic planning and business performance.
Meaghan Fors
Innovation Strategy Manager, Minnesota Vikings
Meaghan Fors is an Innovation Strategy Manager at the Minnesota Vikings, specializing in business strategy, innovation, and cross-functional leadership. With over a decade of experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and market growth, she has led initiatives that drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and fan engagement. Meaghan is passionate about design thinking, inclusive leadership, and leveraging data-driven insights to create impactful business strategies.
